Singles
The Singles Ministry provides activities, fellowships, studies and other opportunities for our single members to get together and support one another while developing friendships.
The members range in age from 19-42. Age is not an emphasis. We try to encourage and be there for all. One way we do this is by spending time together during monthly outings. Examples include: a retreat at the beach; traveling to the Outer Banks, where we enjoyed a wonderful time of fun and Bible study; as well as dinner and bowling.
We always look forward to new folks joining our group!
The Singles Sunday Bible Study Class:
The Singles I class was reorganized in September of 2007. The class meets on Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:30 a.m., at the home of Emily and Tommy Davis. The class is growing steadily and enjoys eating breakfast together and sharing in Bible study. Examples of past studies include: the life of Jonathan in a ten-week, video study. That study encouraged us to "seize all the moments" of our lives.
We are in the process of organizing an evening Bible study as well.
